Terms

Refundable Security Deposit* – Rs. 2000
Minimum Renting Tenure : 01 Months
Collection of Rent – Quaterly (Payment will be collected after 3 Months)
*Security Deposit will not attract any interest

Additional Terms & Conditions

• Lockin Period – Plan decided will be considered as lockin period
• Shuffling of plan is not allowed within loc-in period
• If shifting of machine is required with in lock-in tenure, it will be chargeable
• The subscription will be transferred only after the consent of the new subscriber
• In case the subscriber is leaving the property, subscriber must intimate the company and must provide the details of the new subscriber otherwise the subscriber will be held responsible for any kind of loss of the machine or damage to the machine
• Mandatory to mention the Name of the person to whome the security will be refunded to
• Self attested ID is required
• Address proof is required
• For Student – Permanent Address & Student card is required
• Machine/RO/Water Purifier will be delivered only after required documents are uploaded on the site
• Designs/Models of RO & Water Purifier displayed on the site are just for reference purposes. Actual model may differ & is subject to availability
• The product may not be new but will be in proper working condition (as good as new)
• Physical damage due to mishandling or negligence will be paid by the subscriber as per actual basis
• Manufacturing defect or internal defect will be borne by company
